If a swimmer withdraws from the team, a portion of the membership fee will be retained to cover administrative expenses.

Refunds of the swim team membership fee will be issued as follows:
• 75% refund through March 29, 2026
• 50% refund through April 12, 2026
• 25% refund through April 19, 2026
• No refund after April 26, 2026

All other fees and expenses associated with the swim team (including, but not limited to, swimsuits and pictures) are non-refundable.

Any swimmer deemed not water-safe following the coaches’ assessment will receive a full membership fee refund (see Swimmer Ability).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Board President.
