Hello Stingrays Families, 

All swim meets are now open in SwimTopia for attendance declarations.

🚨 IMPORTANT: All meets will close at 11:59 AM on the Tuesday before each meet. There are no exceptions. 

How to Declare Attendance for a Meet SwimTopia is required by the coaches and computer team for meet entries, families must declare their swimmer’s attendance for each meet. If you have the SwimTopia app (Pro), you can complete this process quickly and easily on your phone. If you do not have the app (it is not required), we recommend using the SwimTopia website, as many families find it more user-friendly for managing meet declarations. 

Follow these steps:

Go to your SwimTopia site and log in to your account.

Click the Swim Meets link along the navigation bar. 

The Swim Meets page shows all scheduled meets and the status of each event: Pending — The meet has not yet opened for entry Closed — The deadline has passed

Swimmer Sign-Up — The meet is open for declarations 

Click the Swimmer Sign-Up link for the meet. 

Click Edit Entries to declare your swimmer’s status. Select the status for each swimmer and click Save Entries.

If Your Swimmer Is Sick the Day of the Meet -Please text Tanja or Laura that morning so we can adjust before the meet begins.
